The chocolate crinkle cookies for which I am becoming known. My sisters and I have been cooking from the Hershey’s chocolate cookbook since we were kids. (Although lately I’ve cheated and moved onto swiss/Ghirardelli/Cadbury chocolate.) Protip: it is significantly easier to handle the dough if you refrigerate it for 6 hours, as the recipe says, instead of putting it in the freezer for 1 hour.
